      Highlights of the fight:

Müller was a street fighter basically.

      This was bad also:

This was almost criminal. The ref had no need to count first off, but was still counting while Machen's seconds were traipsing thru the ring, between the ropes and taking his mouth piece out.

            Worst I've seen:
Three that come to mind was Lionel Rose beating Rocky Gattelari, the great pug, Vic Patrick was the referee. Gattelari was in a bad way after the fight. Vic Patrick was pilloried in the press for that. The other one is the first Darcy V McGoorty fight, I think referee Harald Baker should have stopped it after the second knockdown in round 15, instead McGoorty went down 4 times, Eddie could have been killed. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Also the Freddie Steele v Vince Dundee title fight,....... how many knockdowns were there in that fight ??, I think there's over 10...... all times it was Dundee that was going down,.... maybe the most brutal one-sided fight after the Willard V Dempsey.
