I came up with 2 possible names and both have done exceptionally well and met a few big names in their time.

I totally get u Rockin, they wear you down. When i catch myself actually getting angry or proper irritated by some troll on the internet (probably a spotty little pubeless 15 year old punk who couldnt tell Muhammad Ali from Muhammad Al fayed) Thats when i take a short break from the scene.

Good chance there, but I'm not sure though, I was known as the "Oshkosh Terror", in my previous life....... Yeah, where do you think I got the name from, Eddie McGoorty the best left hooker between Salt lake City and Pittsburgh. Or maybe I just hit my head on something.

boxing is not an act but rather an art in my mind.

I know what I learned coming up, I had some great people working with me through the Detroit area. I most likely do not know the most, but what I do know I know well.

Found a proper pupil, I believe, found him here on boxing scene and have begun passing the art on. We'll see how he pans out. We will work 3 days a week to begin, to get his body acclimated to the work as well as mine. Former wrestler in high school, that's a good base already set in him for the physical struggle between his mind and his body that he is going to face again in the near future. I am excited to see what I can do with him.............. Rockin'

its unfortunate that on a boxing forum someone would have the idiocy to bust - off all people an ex pro- but the internet has its share of *****s whom would never say such to anyones face. its too bad. i had a good amount of amatuer bouts and some coaching and in many years i only heard maybe one memorable arguement between the boxers because they all know how to take care of themselves and anything can happen on the street. if i had to have my life over i would have been a pro for a time.

I willing to bet the same guys who hack on you never got in the ring. I also think of all the flack Charlie zelenoff got but he was willing to get in the ring & even cheap shotted mayweather sr... nothing to be shamed of & don't let the posters here bother you. they don't know you on a personal level & I doubt they have the stones to say it to your face...

Rockin I am positively shocked....and I mean that with no hint of irony. For a few years I was a big part of a martial arts site and the one thing that made every member almost automatically genuflect, bow down was when an individual had fought in the ring as a professional, or even as a gifted tournament fighter (Judo. Jitsu).

Anyone who actually mocks you for your experience is deluded...a fool. To the Greeks such an individual would be considered plain ignorant, to the Chinese inhuman, to me? such an individual is what I call a jack azz

From cong**** for walking the walk fella...ANd nobody can take that away from you!!
