No way I'd fight my brother on a huge stage. Sparring is one thing and so is an exhibition bout, but I'd never fight life in a death in a title fight against my brother.

I wouldn't even want to see Wlad and Vitali beat each other up. It's just weird.
I know what you mean, I wouldn't fight my little brother. I'm interested in seeing how a fight like that would look though.

Think about the endless potential for lulz in a world without the Klits:

Hundreds of threads proclaiming Valuev to be the unbeatable GOAT.....

Threads explaining to the world how Valuev never really lost to Chagaev and Haye, in fact he won.....

DOMINATION making copy-and-paste spam posts with titles like "Nikolay Valuev: The Truth" proving Valuev is the greatest ever.....

KNN redoubling his efforts to "prove" having copious amounts of lard makes you a better fighter.....

Just think of the possibilities here!

It wouldn't have taken him nearly that long in a real fight. I've seen Simms fight live several times live and trained next to him at Pettronelli's on one occasion and he wasn't in Marvin's league at all. I think Hagler would take him out in 5.

Sibling Rivalry and family pride kept him in there.

I saw them spar back in like 79-80 at Brockton High School Gym.

And the last time I saw Sims (like 1999) it was a sad sight.

Thanks Jab ! Amazing how you can KO your brother, although sometimes I guess I would like to do the same to mine.

I suppose it would be an awkward experience, but for the right price who knows?

Don King offered the Klits 100 million to fight each other a few years ago. I don't think it was a serious offer, and to their credit neither brother wanted anything to do with King, but thats a lot of money for most others to pass up if it were for real. There are plenty of brothers who fought wars with each other in sparring so I don't think they would pass up the opportunity to cash in if they could. The problem is usually having both brothers being viable players in the same division. Off hand I can't think any brothers who were MORE viable in the same division at the same time.
