Razor was good, but I think both Klitschko's beat him by k.o like Lewis did.

He has the power and length to KO Wlad, Vitali hasn't beaten anyone as good as him, this isn't an easy fight for either brother.

If Ruddock didn't have such a shaky chin himself he might have more than a puncher's chance. He'd get picked apart by Vitali and I have no doubt Wladimir would find his sweet spot with a right hand or left hook, Ruddock didn't have great defense. Any tense moment Ruddock would give to them, they'd hold on to him or just step back/lean back.

Both Klits beat Ruddock, with Razor having the better chance against Wlad.

Side note: Im about tire of these Klit threads. I don't mind a few but come on, this is the history section. New threads will be re-routed to either NSB or the Fantasy fight sections for a time being. You're all welcome to post about them in the "History today" thread also.

I'm not certain Ruddock's chin was the problem. It seemed to me he had difficulties maintaining concentration. I've seen this crop up with other fighters many, many times before (Rid**** Bowe being the obvious example). It's hard work staying focussed and only the most committed boxers stand any chance of writing a substantial legacy at the big table.

Ruddock had all the physical and athletic attributes to be remembered as a top fighter fifty years from now. Sadly, he just didn't function all that well between the ears.
