I don't think so, not even h2h. I think that if Gamboa fought, say, Barrera, he'd be destroyed. He'd land a good shot here and there, but the first time he tried that ****y "I'm gonna drop my hands, shrug and let you recover" bullshit, Barrera would slaughter him. I don't think he's tough or defensively responsible enough to be an ATG. He's an extremely exciting fighter (when he turns it on) and a freakish athlete, but not an ATG.

What makes u question his age bud?
i've certainly got zero evidence ^^
but he would be a more valuable commodity in boxing if he were perceived as being younger and more advanced for his age, and also further away from deterioration and old age
especially given his size
and his likelihood to get older faster than a larger fighter might.
he is unbelievably fast, though.
and he fights like a much younger man (and looks like it too, to be honest.)
so it's probably me just me speculating incorrectly
it wont be the last instance where that's the case haha
