Name a fighter that fought in five decades (if there is one). There's a lot of fighters that have fought in four decades- Duran (70's - 00's) Hopkins and Holyfied (80's - 10's) but I can't think of anyone who fought in five...
Former HW champion and ATG Jack Johnson fought in 5 decades. His debut was in 1897 and he had his last bout in 1932 at the age of 54.

He did fight exhibitions untill shortly before his death. The pic below is from his last appearance in the ring in 1945 a year before he passed away:

Very good, I knew you guys would dig up some interesting, if not obscure, boxing history facts. Here's a pic and bio info about Saoul (per boxrec page):

      Comeback at 60
At age 60, Mamby retuirned to the ring and dropped a unanimous 10-round decision to Anthony Osbourne. They fought in Grand Cayman. Mamby weighed in at a well-conditioned 149lbs. According to his manager, Steven Tannenbaum, Mamby plans to keep fighting.

      Personal Facts
Mamby is a Vietnam veteran. He became interested in boxing while on vacation in Jamaica in 1969. Mamby was retired by the California State Athletic Commission following his last loss in 2000.

      Mamby's amateur record: 25-5
      Pro record: 45 (19) - 34 (1) - 6

In "The Fighter" movie, after the fight gets cancelled, Micky's girlfriend asks him why he didn't get to go "head body head body" with the black ***ish guy.

        Mamby got the flu!

              It was a typo.

The answer is 1719 not 1917....I think.

Wladimir Klitschko has fought Byrd (twice), Thompson (twice), Ibragimov, Chagaev, and Sanders. I don't think anyone can top that.

That's correct; Wlad frequently fights southpaw opponents and has had pretty good success save Sanders loss...
