Muhammad Ali. I go for quality, not quantity.

Harry Greb beat 18 Hall of Famers...

Prime Mickey Walker > Prime George Foreman

Beating Joe Gans whilst 17 > Beating George Foreman past prime.

Foreman was beaten in his prime.

Can an argument be made for Ezzard Charles? He's atleast up there.

              Charley Burley x2
              Archie Moore x3
              Lloyd Marshall x2
              Jimmy Bivins x4
              Joey Maxim x5
              Jersey Joe Walcott
              Joe Louis

Along with a long list of very very good wins.

I wouldn't say he has THE best but I do think he's up there.

I'm referring to Ali being past prime.

When you consider how few fights Ray Leonard actually had the following are quite impressive:

                  Duran x 3
                  Hearns x 2
                  Hagler
                  Benitez

Jim Jeffries is another with very few fights but a very high percentage coming against all time greats. In only 23 fights he fought Peter Jackson, Bob Fitzsimmons twice, James Corbett twice and Jack Johnson.
