Tommy Hearns could cut a ring off pretty good too, automatically i started thinking of short pressure fighter types but when Tommy went stalking he cut it off well

Had his career set playing whilst I have been in the house recently.

His footwork wasn't what made his ability to cut off the ring it was his effetive aggressive following by his skils and counter punching ability allowing him to get inside and do real crushing damage when he got there.

Not the usual pick similar to the 'best chins' thread but both in which I believe he deserves a mention so I guess I'll be the one to do it

huh? Foreman? His inability to cut off the ring was one of the major reasons he lost to Jimmy Young. Foreman followed you around too much, thats not cutting off the ring.

Chavez takes the cake here. as well as Armstrong.
Ill throw Dwight Muhammad Qawi out there too.
