Funny how as soon as they began testing a rash of people went under . There's no doubt in my mind Jones, Toney and most of their opponents were heavy juicers.
Some states already test boxers for steroids but not regularly, said Jordan, who believes it is possible that other states might follow New York's lead. The rule will not apply to amateurs.
Was indiana included for the states which did non regular testing?

I don't know but I'd like to hear him define "non regular" first.

      • He gave Roy a beating in the first fight and could of koed him if he really went for it
It was a close fight, could have gone either way but Roy but pulled out the victory in the later rounds. He was beaten against the ropes though.

Koed him in two rounds in the second fight

Beat him by wide ud and had him hurt badly during the 10 round (not sure which round exactly)

Tarver was the better fighter (in 2004)
I don't think you catch my point. Tarver proved he was a better fighter in 2004 but there's no way of knowing if he was a better fighter, period. They never fought in their primes.

He wouldn't of been on it for Harmon and Gonzalez

Because the state of Indiana were ahead of the times and had just started their own pilot drug testing scheme. Which is why Jones got caught, because he didn't know his urine sample was going to get tested for steroids, he would of thought it would of only got tested for stimulants and recreational drugs.

It would of been pretty damn ****** of him to use steroids for those two fights, seeing as how the agreement he came to with the Indiana state was that they were going to test him for those two fights.

I agree it was a close fight.

He wasn't the better fighter, he just had the style to give Jones fits.
