Poor Finishers

Who are some of the worst finishers ever? I'm not talking about guys without pop who couldn't hurt a guy in the first place, I mean guys who had guys hurt, even badly so, and couldn't do a thing.

I nominate LaMotta. He was a beast, but he didn't finish guys. I remember one fight, don't remember who against, but he hurts this guy in the second to last round (it's one of those abbreviated fights, so I'm not sure if it was the 9th or the 14th) and just unloads for the entirety of the last two. I mean two 10-8 rounds easy. He just could not put the guy away. Who are your suggestions?

Terry Norris wasn't the best finisher out there. He coulda gotten Mugabi out of there sooner but then let him recover when he had him out on his feet.

Considering that Norris finished Mugabi in the first round, I really wouldn't consider that lasting longer than he should. Actually Norris was wise not to be careless with a big puncher that early in the fight.

Andrew Golota and Jermain Taylor lost crucial fights because of their inability to finish.

I think that's it more than anything. In Bowe I, he went from "kill kill kill" to "balls balls balls" for absolutely no reason.
