Just from the top of my head. Top 10 is too hard to get a list.
Thats a good start to the top 10. Where would you place Holmes? I think I might have him at number 8.

Of those not mentioned - Herbie Hide, Chris Byrd, Lawrence Clay Bey and Jeremy Williams all had good handspeed..

Patterson has to be my number one. Faster than anyone, faster even than Ali, IMO...

Like someone already said Dokes was very fast, as was a prime Greg Page.

A lot of the smaller HWs have/had pretty good speed. Patterson, Demps, Satterfield, Hide, and Haye and Chambers today. Of big guys Ali, obviously, as well as Tyson. Corrie Sanders had blazing fast hands for a big guy, and power to match. Dokes, Weaver, Morrison and Tua all had very fast hands (with Tua it's deceptive since his feet were so slow, but check out the Darroll Wilson fight where he strafes Wilson with three consecutive left hooks in under a second). A younger Wlad had excellent handspeed. Jones obviously, if you count him as a heavyweight. Byrd's handspeed was excellent, though they tended to be pittypat punches with not a lot behind them. Ibragimov and Chagaev were fast in their prime. Holy's speed in combinations was blistering. Leon Spinks was pretty quick on the offence.

Maybe not in terms of raw speed, but his power to speed ratio was one of the best.
