Advantage Qawi.. Fought in much better company, Foster had it easy at 175 in comparison.

Fairly surprised at most picking Qawi. I'd favour Foster by a bit. I feel his size & his attributes would get him the victory, and possibly via KO.

I feel Qawi could walk on to one of those sledge hammer right hands when pressuring Foster and trying to ge on the inside.

Still do would be a barnburner while it lasted.

Hi Sonny, what grabs me are the wins over Saad Muhammad (2) and Eddie Davis (Mustapha Muhammad).. I don't really see anyone on Foster's 175 resume as good as Saad or Spinks.. Davis too, probably hit harder than any of Fosters opponents at lhwt.. Only my view, but Finnegan, Rondon, Foure and Ahumada, for me don't quite represent the same element of danger as the fighters i've mentioned. I'd also add that Qawi weathered the storm considerably better when in with the big guns which i feel could be the overture in any prospective match up.

Mickey you are getting Eddie Davis mixed up with Eddie Gregory (Mustapha Muhammad).. although Davis was a decent fighter as was his brother Johnny Davis, Saad Muhammad was finished by the time he fought Braxton and Dwight lost by shut-out to Michael Spinks, however he did have very good wins over Bull`Martin, Mike Rossman & James Scott.... Foster also defeated some very good opponents in Fourie, Quarry, Finnigan, Ahamuda & Tiger.

Saad was on the slide by the time Qawi got to him. And Qawi never fought Mustafa Muhammad unless Eddie Davis changed his name to Mustafa Muhammad in the same way Eddie Gregory did which I seriously doubt. Eddie Davis was not a big puncher and certainly no where near the level of Foster or even **** Tiger.

You need to explain that. Because looking back at Qawi's career it makes absolutely no sense.

Braxton was his name at Light Heavy, he's simply referring to that time period.

Qawi is teak tough with a great chin but Foster could P.U.N.C.H!

I like him by late stoppage 13 - 14 rounds mabey, after a few rough moments

Or on points but there more im thinking about it the more i think Foster has the beating of Qawi

Braxton changed his name to Qawi after beating Matthew Saad Muhammad the first time. And he had success at 175 after that. Nothing indicated he was "better" as Braxton.
