    I agree, James was an incredible fighter. I think that his trouble making weight played a part in the Jones fight. He was always drying out for his middleweight defenses........Rockin'

      Well u probably know better than me here. I just think Toney while not a huge puncher had the skills to land enough shots to get him outta there, Like Iron Mike says McCallum stopped him and i agree i can see counter right hands punishing Jullian

          Julian had devastating power, but no real method of delivery against a slippery guy like James. He’d probably drop every round before getting KO’d late.

            Even landing wouldn't help him that much. Toney has one of the best chins of all time, I can't see him getting stopped at such a low weight (he never even had a real down there) when he's capable of taking heavyweight punches.

              True, seeing him up at HW -- his chin would’ve probably withstood a handful of Julian’s bombs. But with his elusiveness at 160 it’s hard to envisage Julian even testing the theory.

              Always thought highly of Toney in all fields, bar those mammary glands.
