      From 1 to 4.
For me build up, fight week buzz, anticipation and atmosphere all help make a good fight great and more exciting. I missed Ali live so lose alot of that wich is why his fight with Foreman is 4th

Ward vs Augustus was a great fight i watch it on a regular basis but it goes in at 3

Vargas vs Trinidad i couldnt wait for, other than Tyson they were my favourite fighters and i didnt know who to root for untill it started (all Tito!) Atmosphere was excellent and the opener was shocking! Then Vargas coming back with the 6th rd KD and finally the stoppage by Felix in a great fight over 12 but still with a KO. Second best tho

Top spot is reserved for Naz vs Kelly, what a thriller on The Prince's US debut! Again the build up and atmosphere played a big part but it was give and take for four rounds straight, a mini Hagler vs Hearns almost with Hamed winning the shootout

In the moment, with all it meant & the stakes, & what was happening against all the perceived odds, I would say Ali-Foreman is #1. However, I watched it live & that's why I say, "In the moment." It was nothing short of huge. Now, if you watch these fights today, I would call Ali-Foreman the least exciting, & it would be a very distant fourth, in fact. It doesn't have half the replay value of these other bouts. I guess I will go with the criteria of watching these fights if you already knew the result...

            1. Ward-Augustus
            2. Hamed-Kelley
            3. Trinidad-Vargas
            4. Ali-Foreman

I wanted to place Trinidad-Vargas higher, it was such a great clash. One of the best bouts in a year replete with high-quality encounters (in another year, it would've been Fight Of The Year), but the two above it were a little closer, a little tighter & harder to predict prior to the ending.

All great fights. Ali-Foreman is in the unusual position of having provided me with the most awe, disbelief, excitement, & emotion of the four, yet being the least watchable once you're out of the moment.
