They state actual events that occured.

SI is a multi-million dollar organization and they would get sued for printing false hoods. Jorgesen is not beholden to any such organization or standards.

The main source for Holyfield is the actual police reports. If you are saying they fabricated official law documents then you have one heckuva scoop,

Jorgensons comment was posted on every single boxing forum on the internet, surely Lewis would sue him as he posts himself on ESB where that article was first published in 2005... Lewis gained over 35lbs during his championship years

What are you talking about? SI's never even written a Harry Greb book! How can they have any credibility?

why do you think Jorgenson made that comment about Lewis obviously being on steroids?

Do you think he just made it up and if so why?

IMO there is far too much evidence against Lewis being a steroid abuser, that video of the 2nd Rahman fight as well as the two Holyfield fights clearly show the difference in his physical appearance.

You've been claiming evidence, but you have yet to present one iota. Jorgenson wrote his opinion. And that's fine. But claiming that it's obvious and indisputable is absurd. How can you even compare somebody posting on a bunch of boxing forums to SI doing actual investigative journalism and presenting proof? Proof like a paper trail connecting Holyfield to a steroid ring, not proof like "he's listed at different heights and he got bigger." If you ask the Celtics, Nate Robinson is 5'9". If you ask anybody with any sense of reality, he's closer to 5'7". Is he on steroids because the Celtics media guide is generous?

A young Lennox Lewis was very slender, almost gangly. He figured to fill out under any circumstances. And 35 lbs is an exaggeration since he weighed 231 for his first fight, and 256 for his last fight. In his previous fight against Tyson he weighed only 18 lbs above his debut. Not that much of a gain over a 14 year period.

Also, just saying, I googled Eric Jorgensen to see if I could find some sort of way he could have an inside source on Lewis. You know what came up? A couple of biologists and a Danish master gunsmith from the 19th century. Undeterred, I googled Eric Jorgensen Boxing. And guess what I found. Your posts. And at the bottom of the page a little Monte Cox link. Nothing at all that would suggest that he's got any way to say with any authority that Lennox Lewis used steroids. That means that he's just stating what he's observed and that's fair. It's allowed. But it's by no means fact. I can say that I believe Ricardo Mayorga used steroids (I don't think so, just an example) and I can say it on every boxing forum on the net. Doesn't make it so.

you are now trying to disrespect Boxing Historian Eric Jorgenson by claiming he is a nobody... check out all these articles and sites.

you will see that the guy is a highly respected boxing historian and he obviously must have some kind of evidence against Lewis otherwise he would not have risked making such a comment in print.

He must have some kind of evidence? Why? Why can't it jsut be his opinion? Where is his evidence? What shred of evidence can he provide? Or can you?
