My god do you even bother to do a quick fact check? And you realize the first Tarver fight is "during his reign" right? He barely won.

Every fighter in history has been accused of ducking someone, but I never heard anyone say Ali ducked anyone. Jones at his best is an ATG. I dont know about top ten or top fifty ecause he wouldve really had a tough time fighting back in the 1930-1950s. All those guys are under-rated IMO. Pac has clearly ducked the 140lbers especially undefeated guys who he can easily make the weight to fight instead of weight draining bigger guys and making a lop sided fight. Pernell Whitaker not a guy who has been acused of ducking anyone also. Present day warriors have the option of picking there opponents and belts really dont mean much to the likes of a P4P champion who is selling out venues and PPV numbers are above 1 mil an event.
Boxing commisions are corrupt and try toi get you to pay an absorbent amount of money to defend a belt that aint worth jak and they very rarely make the champ defend against his mandatory. So who really needs a belt and if the challenger isnt a PPV attraction in todays world of boxing. Floyd has become Oscar and like Oscar only fights once a year now or whenever he feels the need to bless us with his greatness.
So jones is good and maybe even great but by no means is a he a top ten ATG.
