    Liston vs. Vitali Klitschko

Let's say Liston knocked out Wlad in his last fight. In swoops Vitali to kick his ass. Who wins? I don't think Vitali would be afraid of Sonny like so much of his opposition was, but I still think Liston wins. This good be a good fight, though.

vitali by late stoppage. liston's got faster hands and is the snappier puncher, but vitali's strength stamina size better defense and in his prime decent footspeed wins this for him. sonny's my favorite 60s heavyweight, even more than ali, but he was open to the jab. vitali's jab is stiff and he throws it nearly non stop with great accuracy. mayweather wlad dirrell and i think ward are the only active guys with better jabs than vitali.

This is a case of size and power being too much for the smaller guy. Liston would get stopped.

This is a case of reach and power being to much for the cruder fighter. Vitali would get stopped.

with his powerfull left hand Liston could make a competitive fight for Vitali, but being the bigger guy Vitali would overpower him late in the fight.

Vitali in a one sided savage beating, stops Liston.

Please tell me how anybody not named Ali gives Liston a savage, one-sided beating. This should be good...

Cleveland Williams was far superior in every department than the robotic Vitali Klitschko who Sonny Liston would take care of inside 3rds.. Liston would not have to `Hunt-Down` Vitali as Vitali has zero footwork and keeps his feet nailed to the canvas with his left jab out and his right-hand by his side... Liston had a Pole of a Jab and a right-hand bomb which was devastating... i see Liston doing a similar job on Vitali as he did on Cleveland Williams who matched up to Vitali in size... Vitali has never fought an opponent who resembles Sonny Liston

Herbie Hide? you've been writing exact same thing in other thread and got owned. Vitali doesnt have foot work, he might be slow but his footwork is alright. Vitali would outweigh Liston by 30-4- lbs, Liston wouldnt handle the pressure.
