Prime Vitali lost to an out of shape Lewis, if he cant beat that version of Lewis how is he going to beat Liston?

weight is a hindrance... Liston would get locked up for murder if he was to fight Vitali... Liston would `Break him in half`.. Liston has the longer reach, the better jab, the power in both hands, the footwork, the ringcraft, this would be a complete mismatch.. Sonny Liston aint no Kevin Johnson, Chris Arreola or Albert Sosnowski, Sonny Liston is one of the toughest guys of all times and an excellent boxer

All Vitali has on Liston is size. And that would not be enough.

Liston wins the jabbing contest (better jab, longer reach), and that's the end of it. if Vitali has to get closer to win, he simply ain't winning.

Liston would not have to `Hunt-Down` Vitali as Vitali has zero footwork and keeps his feet nailed to the canvas with his left jab out and his right-hand by his side... Liston had a Pole of a Jab and a right-hand bomb which was devastating... i see Liston doing a similar job on Vitali as he did on Cleveland Williams who matched up to Vitali in size... Vitali has never fought an opponent who resembles Sonny Liston
Cleveland Williams...matched up with Vitali in size. I mean im not even going to get into the lunacy of your post. Just this stuck out because its not even debatable. You are a clear troll, obvious troll.

            Cleveland Williams= 6'3 212 lbs.
            Vitali Klitschko=6'8 250 lbs

5 inches and 40 lbs...omg...they might be identical twins. Someone needs to check the DNA out. Tomasz Adamek was giving up about 5 inches and 40 lbs to Michael Grant.....similar size? You are a joke? Exactly how did they "match up" in size? Because Vitali could eat him?

You know who else has a pole for a jab and a devastating right bomb...oh and a far superior chin to Liston...Vitali. Vitali never got KO'ed by a jab. Also Cleveland williams was KO'ed by a guy weighing 175 lbs. I suppose you think he has a chin better than Vitali since hes better than Vitali in every way imaginable...(even though while fighting mostly cruisers in his career, his ko% is 30% lower than Vitali's, and his chin was nowhere close to Vitali's and he wasnt as big, as strong, as tall etc...)

The guy thinks 6'3 212...matched up with 6'8 250. How can you debate with someone like that?

Let me just ask this ... whose stamina do you think was better. I mean, to me its Vitali by far.

Did you know that Vitali Klitschko threw three times as many punches in the 12th round against Kingpin than Sonny Liston threw in all of the 11-15 rounds he fought...in his entire life. All of them. But I have a feeling someones going to come on here and say he had better stamina because he had 4 15 round matched scheduled in his career. 2 were ko 1's he won against a guy weighing under 195 lbs and the other 2 he lost.

                  Cleveland Williams - 6ft 5ins
                  Vitali Klitschko - 6ft 6 and a half ins

Cleveland Williams was one of the most devastating punchers in boxing history knocking out over 50 men, he hit one guy so hard he broke the man's back and the guy had to go around on crutches for the rest of his life..

Say away from Boxrec for your statistics they are always incorrect.

Uhh where are you getting your numbers. Vitali Klitschko posed for photos with Lamar Odom who is 6'10 barefoot and he was at most 2 inches shorter than him. Odom was measured barefoot at his predraft workouts when he may still have been growing, NBA numbers are put out by teams so past that who knows, but he is at least 6'10. Where the hell do you get Cleveland Williams was 6'5. You are a joke, was the official weight a lie too? So that 40 lbs of muscle was a lie?
