First some corrections:
Power: Toney. Jones' power came entirely from speed, catching opponents with blind punches.

It still resulted in Jones punches being harder
Momentum=speed*mass

Skillset: Are you kidding me? Toney, by far - Jones' skill was his athleticism.

Jones had a high skill set as well, but I think you are right Toney should get the nod in that category

He could have won by taking it seriously - not being weight drained and training properly for the fight. Toney looked sluggish, that was his biggest issue as against Jones' speed it's a death sentence. It would still have been close though.

Toney was drained for a lot of his fights, I don't remember him complaining after he won them. If he koed Jones in round 1, do you think he would of talked about being drained?

Its not that easy, to just dismiss Jones's power and say they were mainly due to his opponents not being prepared for them.

I think it is, look how his ability to hurt guys fell off despite his hand speed being relatively consistent past prime. Without his legs he just couldn't give the same angles. Power should be the last thing to leave you, and he used to knock guys dead.
