Pretty amusing how you don't want to address the other lies you claim I said in which I pointed out how you're making up tall tales to save face. You, ****** and to a lesser extent Roses have all gotten smoked by the facts. You can lie and twist words all you want but you have no answers for the timeline and I've proven you're trying to single out Frazier when in the history of boxing almost every champion has missed fights some think should have been made. It's always amusing for me to smack you guys around for a bit. Thanks for the laughs joker!
when i gave you the cirumstance,i said foremans was a slip, ref originally wasnt even going to count.then you said a "knockdown is a knockdown" which i just quoted.i dont know how to multi quote your posts so i cant make you look as foolish as i want, but you do a good enough job of that anyways

only fact in here is that frazier didnt fight lyle, shavers or norton.not some silly timeline and even sillier reasoning.me and snopkins both shown he couldve fought lyle instead of a washed up jimmy ellis and silly excuse #500 from you is"he fought ellis,to better prepare for ali"lmao

dude retire already.youve been thoroughly roasted.even poet had to come in here and jump in lol.hang it up man.your taking to much punishment

poet if you love jab like it says in my sig, throw in the towel

You haven't even seen the fight to be claiming it was a slip. Young caught in off balance Foreman high on the head and sent him sprawling. That is a knockdown and there is no other way to look at it. This has nothing to do with the lie you claim I said though. Post a link to where I said a "knockdown is a knockdown regardless of circumstance". I guarantee you won't because you're a liar, not me.

I look foolish because you don't know how to multi quote?

Nobody ever said he couldn't fight Lyle. The point is he was under no obligation to, nor was the public demand for the fight. Hence there was no "duck" as you like to claim. Further more, if you're going to call Frazier a "ducker" you would objectively have to do that with almost every last champion in history who didn't fight someone, some ass clown thought he should have fought. sorry son, real fans have more respect for the sport and its fighters than that. Obviously you and Piss****** don't as you've made abundantly clear.

Im done with the thread not because I've been "roasted", nothing could be further from the truth, but because between you and Piss****** you guys can't even activate your wonder twin powers to give logical answers when not avoiding most of the questions to begin with. On top of that you're now resorting to blatant lies. Im still waiting for that link for the lie I've already spoken about and links for "a fighter can ONLY duck another fighter if its mandatory" and "Lyle didn't have power".

I'm not sure I'm following the thought process here.

Didn't both Lyle and Shavers get crushed by Quarry in 73'.

Frazier then fought Quarry in 74', so where is the problem here?

Lyle had no big wins prior to the Quarry fight so he wouldn't even be in the conversation for a fight with Frazier. Shavers perhaps would have had a chance since he beat Jimmy Ellis and Jimmy Young but I'd imagine the loss to Bob Stallings (Who was 20 - 25... Ouch...) would ruin any chances he would have of landing a big fight for a while.

Sorry DS but these two (****** and burgundy) are impervious to facts and common sense. The majority will always see it as both you, myself and others on this board do. But there will always be a few crack pots out there with diseased and infected idea's of how THEY think things really occurred in spite of all the facts. That said, thanks for putting in your two cents.

Can not believe there is a thread about the The Great Joe Frazier being a duck and it has page after page of nonsense.

We're talking about Joe Frazier, give me a break. He fought everybody, and if you disagree you're probably snopkins or another person of relative ******ity.

Continue on with you diatribe though, nothing can change the fact that Joe is and will always be remebered as great
                .

The only people who regard good ole "smokey" Joe as a great are the same thick, ignorant fools who will deride todays's fighters for being inactive and not fighting enough.

frazier can never be regarded as a true great. His record against the greatest fighters he ever fought is an outstanding 1-4.

Too many fighters he avoided fighting to be ranked up there with the very best

Not only this, but h2h and better wins has to be taken into consideration. You lose again.

Im done abusing you guys. Think what you want, it will never change the facts.

Ramos? The guy was a bum.If you were going to include average no hopers like this on frazier's resume than I could have easily of added all the fringe contenders Quarry also beat.

Quarry fought more top opposition than frazier did.

being a boxrec ranger and a clueless newb shouldn't prevent you from looking up the actual rankings at that time.

When you take the time out to do so,perhaps then you can stop cheering on the sidelines and popping in with the odd lie.

Hatorade is becoming such a popular drink. ****'s nasty though. So I'd advise to get off the nasty ****.

Joe Frazier was a bad bad man.
