The '92 Bowe who beat Holy would take him to school and knock him out. To much speed, skill, power and determination. Wlad hasn't faced a fighter like that before and has been beaten by lesser fighters.

Quit hatin on Wladimir, he's just on a different level right now. No one can touch him, even though he can be a little hesitant in the ring at times.

I could have said the samething about Bowe. Except for Holy and Wladimir is MUCH bigger then Holy, with more power. Wlad would win jab fest against Bowe.

Im not hating at all. He is the best right now. But Bowe was better in every department with the exception of the jab. He was faster, hit harder, had better O, better D and always showed a solid chin and ability to recover when hurt. For the Holy fight in '92 he was in tremendous shape so I don't see Wlad having any kind of upper hand like he does with the dismal fighters he has no choice but to fight.

What lesser fighter did Bowe ever lose to in comparison to Sanders, Brewster and Purrity? And in size comparisons lets look how Wlad fought against Ibragimov and how Bowe fought against a much more skilled Holyfield.. with all do respect, there isn't even a comparison, my man.

Based on the three fight Holyfield series, I'd have to give the edge to Bowe, though Bowe did have a considerable size advantage in that matchup. The only decent fighter he fought his size was Golota and he was losing both of those. I'm not sure I buy the whole "Bowe was shot" argument since he was coming off his only stoppage win over Evander and he was 28 years old.

Nevertheless, he was an amazing inside fighter for a big man, Wlad would have his work cut out for him trying to tie Bowe up, and had good power and stamina. I'm gonna say the 92 version maybe stops Wlad late as Wlad expends too much energy early in the fight. Wlad by UD over the 28/29 year old version of Bowe.

Im pretty sure if Golata had all that sucess bar the low blows and was beating the snot out of Bowe Im pretty sure Wlad could had even more sucess possibly stopping Bowe. As for Purity and Brewster they were getting the beatin of there lives until Wlad ran out of gas. You saw what Wlad did to Brewster in the rematch, He beat him with literally one hand behind his back. Sanders is the only real loss on his record. Who Wlad said only train for 2 weeks before the fight. Also if you take away Holyfield off of Bowe resume, I don't think you would have even heard of him.

I would agree with this. By this time Bowe wasn't getting in shape the right way and had lost some of his reflexes in my opinion. I could see Wlad capitalizing on this, slowing the pace down and winning a decision here.

Vitali vs Bowe is what I would make the poll to be.
