Given its history, and longevity, there's nothing bogus about 140. It is very much its own storied weight class. 122, where he was just a beltholder, has also built a defining place. The original eight are typically stronger, but some of the Jr. classes have earned their stripes.

As to the question, Manny has climbed more classes but Jofre was arguably the GOAT at Bantamweight (with an exceptional reign) and his comeback at Featherweight was incredible.

I consider any division tagged with "Junior" or "Super" to be bogus. You can throw "Cruiser" and "Straw" in there too. There's nothing that could ever legitimize them in my eyes.
