Back in those days serious people was comparing Tyson to Ali and good men in earnest had Tyson as the all-time no. 1 HW. I loved Ali and thought he was leagues above Tyson so when Tyson most unexpectedly got beaten it was just a great feeling. I watched the fight in the middle of the night with some friends and it was impossible to fall asleep after that.
    There were actually men over the age of 40 who at the time thought Tyson was the greatest of all time. This fight and Tyson's career after surely changed people's thinking. Tyson was exposed that night

      When Chavez lost to Randall, when Terry Norris lost to julian Jackson even though I liked Jackson too. When Pipino Cuevas lost to Tommy Hearns, even though it wasnt in my era but, just to watch it was sad.
