i discussed my thread yet had to come back and clarify it several times to a moron like you who was the 1st to respond, yet you did not address the question, you did as you always do`twisted and contorted it`into a completely different direction as you do with every topic you try to add your imature rantings

no.. i can discuss the topic with no problems, its when idiots like you dive-in with a ridiculous answer like Mayweather vs Gatti ... and when i say,`its not even close` the skills shown in that fight to the skills Jones showed in the topic fight, you replied

"Who would you say had a better defense, Pazienza or Gatti?"

talk about a twist & distort at subject!

if it was someone else who had started this thread my response would have been something like this:
Pacquiao showed incredible skill against David Diaz but not to the level Jones showed on that night vs Paz..

not a Flocking idiotic reply of "Who would you say had a better defense, Pazienza or Gatti?"

Hmmm, well your a tetchy little so & so, arn't you?

The reason I asked Gatti or Pazienza? is that neither are defensively sound and both are susceptable to making there opponent look good, and that, had you have been polite enough to answer, would have been the springboard for my argument, but instead, you embarrass yourself by calling me a moron..
This is because you're a sad little film collector, who has no real boxing experience whatsoever..

so you Mickey Moron know me personaly do you? you know my life history do you and you also know if i have ever boxed in my life or not do you?..

your above response to my question is your way of trying to get yourself out of the hole that you put yourself in earlier... yet its a pathetic try and you have failed miserably.... as for me boxing or not that is my business and nothing to do with you.. film collecting is a hobby of mine as is watching live` boxing shows from ringside, i have over 20.000 fight films and seen 100s of boxing shows, i have followed this sport for more than 40yrs so IMO i think that entitles me to know a little about this sport.. let me guess that you are now going to spew out some crap about yourself being a former champion boxer who went on to train many former world champions, when in fact the real truth about you is that you are an unemployed moron who lives with his old mum and does not have a friend in the world, you sad excuse for an *******

It's obvious to you that no one has ever seen Pazienza vs Jones but the fight is hardly rare is it? Roy Jones fought a former lightweight and looked great but calling it the best performance ever is a stretch. In fact I'm not sure if it's even Roy Jones's best performance.

Don't forget that Pazienza made Roger Mayweather and Hector Camacho look like old school boxing masters, at junior welterweight.

Seriously you just get the feeling that Pazienza would have done a lot better against Jones had the fight been at 135/140 where Vinny was more of a threat physically. And he wasn't even that good at those weights, not on Jones's level.

At 168? It was a mismatch and it showed.

my question was nothing to do with wether it was a mismatch nor was i saying it was the greatest fight since `sliced bread` i asked has there ever been a display of boxing skills like what jones showed here... i also never said it was Jones best fight, but its by far his greatest display of skills

i would like to hear what your choice is for the best display of boxing skills so that i can compare it to the Roy Jones display...
