Yeah, he makes my top 10 at WW. Interestingly enough, he was really more of a JMW even during his WW title time. In his best years, he fought a lot more fights with one or other of the opponents in the JMW range than the WW one.
I'd make Griffith a slight favorite against Bud at 147, though I think Bud is an overall smarter fighter and can see him countering Griffith, who gets risky at times and leaves himself open.
