There have been a lot of big upsets in boxing history, but what was the biggest upset in which the winner (the underdog in the fight) was relatively unknown, but then went on to have a good career?
Let me better define by explaining what it is not- when Foreman upset Moorer he was already an established and well known fighter, so this would not be something I am looking for. Buster Douglas was not a well known or established fighter when he beat Tyson, but he didn't go on to do much afterwards, so that is not something I am looking for either.
What I am looking for is something more along the lines of Bam Rodriguez vs Cuadras, but probably even a larger upset. Bam was going off at about +250 as a last minute replacement moving up in weight.
Is there an example of this out there?
