They were both apparently 235. Rocky trained hard for it but was older, ali barely trained and paid the price for it. Just going by the accounts of what went down, doesn't mean the real fight plays out like this - but you do get a glimpse into how Marciano would fight him. He's everything he always ever was, small, extremely strong and impossible to hurt, very heavy handed.

He was hitting Ali's arms and immobilizing him, Ali couldn't hurt him - even after tagging Rocky flush - sparring was calmed down on numerous occasions and it was usually Marciano the one cranking the pace.

Pacheco noted it looked as though Ali was tiring as the rounds went on, and Marciano was getting stronger

Ali noted Marciano hit extremely hard, even when pulling his shots and wearing 12 oz gloves

in the book "undefeated" Marciano got mad at Ali knocking his toupee off, and hammered Ali in the solar plexus, putting him down for a count but apologizing (It sounds like he was the one who threw it out of nowhere in fairness)

I have made many threads discussing what happened in the computer fight, with many listed excerpts - There is one small caveat though -
Ali may have been younger but he did not prepare for this, Marciano did as he always did. This is where things get sticky because on paper it looks like it's in Ali's favor, in reality Marciano sorta pulled a slippery one on him. He was apparently running 10 miles a day near the end, leading up to the match.

Did he beat Ali up bad in this sparring match? yes absolutely. Ali is on TV essentially admitting it through the side of his mouth, but Ferdie Pacheco and other ringside Observers can also add to this.

Ali is not a heavy puncher and mainly throws head shots, jabs and crosses. Marciano fights in a crounch and is very strong. It's a very tough fight for Ali over 15 rounds, trying to hold Marciano off of him by punching down.

Edit: Marciano also said some good things about Ali, saying his handspeed was brilliant, and that he was tougher than expected physically. He still believed he would wear him down in a real fight though, as did his wife.
