    - - Never seen many rate him historically. Only guy rating Ali was Ali back then, and even now I never thought he was better than Dempsey or Joe Louis.

    Usyk he's definitely one of the finest heavies ever...clearly

      Oh yeah, I agree he's great. But he went from rarely mentioned in upper echelon ATG, to being called possibly the best heavy of all time and the only difference was the second Dubois fight.

      I'm not arguing that you can't rate him highly, but it just seems like a lot of logical inconsistency that many make that giant swing in ratings based on that one single fight.

        - - I can't speak for the myriad of lower brow ratings, and I'm not saying he's the best, but clearly he and the Ks have altered the entirety of the heavy universe which has to be respected as one of the great eras.
