2005-2008 Manny Pacquaio definitely one of the fast handed (and feet) fighters I ever saw.

Amir Khan in regards to pure hand speed was ridiculous.

Can you make a list for me? It is not a big ask, since the fastest guys are at least 90% accounted for somewhere in the thread already. All you have to do is substitute.

        I don't even recall who's been mentioned in this thread already but just off the top of my head the fastest guys I've seen in my lifetime would be;

        Meldrick Taylor
        Howard David Jr
        Muhammad Ali
        Sugar Ray Leonard
        Manny Pacquaio
        Amir Khan
        Roy Jones
        Zab Judah

Erm, trying to think of ones that probably won't have been mentioned.

Jorge Linares was very fast in recent memory.

That is a much different list, isn't it?

I still think Hearns was lightening at his very best.

Stick the other of the Four King's chin on him and he is the GOAT.

I was never going for any kind of order. Personally, I might say Roy Jones--until I see or am reminded of someone faster, that is. Without actual numbers, speed becomes subjective to the observer, doesn't it. I think the same is even true for punching power category et al. A period must always follow et al. Stretched, it means "and others."

Not giving you an English lesson. I think you know, but I think quite a few others might not. Internet dictionaries fall short by miles, unless you can get one that is copied from a printed edition. Here is one that anyone who enjoys etymology might like to play with.

                I gotta go make thread.

                  Meldrick Taylor was remarkably fast.

Maybe true for more than one fighter though.
