Well, if I have to be completely honest, I also remember that Briggs' win against Big George was widely considered a robbery. That would balance things a bit. I'll have to watch the fight again, because my memory of it is fuzzy.

I think Holyfield retired because of a PED-induced problem masked as a heart condition. Then Benny Hinn appeared, touched him and voilą, Holyfield came back and conquered the world.
