We don't have the data of what Duran's post weighin ring weight for the Leonard fight, but I'd imagine two large g****fruits devoured whole and two full steak dinners washed down with a gallon of OJ, might be looking at 160 that was a misteak on his part.

Same day weighin is a regression to poor boxing rules.
I agree with this. I also think two weight ins might work well.

I think we can use the balance of harm versus benefit (Utilitarian ethics) to show us that having two weigh ins, a fight weight pre fight and a fight weight that must be within 10 pounds, would, on the whole, serve everyone better and retain the itegrity of the weight divisions... somewhat. I mean I came up with "10" maybe "5?" or even "15?" Nah... I don't like 15... I could see 10, or below with two weigh ins.

yeah that is a good idea. Joe rogan thinks that 20 pounds is a better advantage then ped's in many cases. I thought of same day weigh in's then realised how silly that could be.

            - - IBF instituted fight night weighin limits, but after those weighins which are in fact a regression to same day weighins, they are free to gain whatever they can.

Main issue is hydration. All fighters should be fully hydrated no matter their weight.

Well, time them appropriately. Also, I made a clause about a weight limit of ten pounds which nobody should have to drink ten pounds of water! Make rules for excessive hydration. Yes, you are correct, these details need ironing out but think about it... If I have a limit to the second weigh in where no fighter can be ten pounds heavier... If they decide to drink that much water, that puts them over, they are DQ'ed...

                  - - A gallon and pint of H20 over a 6 hr period ain't nothing, even for a banty.

Need to take a course on physiology to adequately talk about boxing along with a gallon of water to sharpen U up.

You obviously didn't read the post... You're a nasty drunk. If you want to respond Read the post.

Where did I mention any amount of water? How does any amount of water make a difference when we're talking about when somebody is weighed to make sure they come in at a certain weight?

Are you able to read when you drink so much? Seriously.

                      - - H2O always been critical in making weights and come fight time.

What grade was U in when they kicked U out of U PHewDoo program
