No, it falls in the realm of fact, good sir, a shunned one. Some world class fighters have had man boobs, but I think not many. Not many ordinary men have them either of course--and even fewer well trained boxers I would think.
Let's work with Jimmy Young, perhaps the greatest of this shunned category both in prominence and achievement.

So, doesn't it beg the question why weren't those trained off? The other question is can they be trained off? I think they cannot be completely trained off. He probably would have preferred not going in front of millions bare chested as a thin man with man boobs. May be they were trained off as much as he could, or maybe as much as he dared. Probably not a boxer whose style would benefit from a lot of extra chest muscle. But even if you lose weight and add muscle, the skin sack isn't going anywhere. Now you have a smaller but looser sack of adipose tissue still crowning your giant chest muscles. That is the theory.

Are you looking for famous fighters? Women may have to medium to large breasts, tend to see them shrink when they workout like a boxer. A better question for me is, who was the best big breasted boxer of all time? I'd rather think about that than sloppy or lazy men who sag in their chests, wouldn't you? No offense meant.
I really don't know if there is a boxing code of honor not to strike them. If there is such a fighter, He/She or whatever a trans community or sex change people call them themselves risks being outcast from other boxers.
This is a third rail type of question, but I suppose legal punches above the belt are well .... legal according to the boxing rules.Comment
