I can't call it. That's a 50/50 fight for me. The fighters who had the most success against Langford often used their size and excessive clinching/wrestling to lean their weight on him and tie up his hands. That wasn't Rocky's style, so this is a barn-burner. A battle of attrition, stamina, and will to win. Who can take it and give it back harder? Langford was the better counter-puncher while Rocky was the bigger puncher. Rocky's chin will also be a deciding factor. If Rocky can plant his feet and keep swinging from the hip he may be able to wear down the smaller Langford in the late rounds. If Langford can slip, dodge and move on his feet while countering it may be just enough.

        - - I'd say Langford the bigger puncher. Rocky was an attrition KO fighter, and I'd also say Sam wins this mythic, possibly by KO.
