That's a tough fight to call. Vander had trouble with Moorer and his southpaw stance, but that wasn't the best version of Holyfield in my opinion. Usyk is better than Moorer at everything except power. To close to call, but it would be an absolute war in my book.

If Usyk was born around the time of each of these guys he would be smaller. If they were born around the time of Usyk they would be bigger. There is no proving a fantasy fight, it's just opinions. But I don't think it's nostalgic to say these guys could compete with just about anyone from any era.

I find it hard to pick Usyk over many of the greats for one main reason and that's that I think most of them have the ability to force a firefight and I don't have enough data on heavyweight Usyk to know how he does there.

Usyk is great if he's making you miss, making you pay, clean boxing he can hit you and you can't land back.

In the mid rounds against Fury when fury was landing Usyk's body language was not good.

Can Usyk out fight someone like a Holyfield in the center of the ring? I have my doubts.

AJ is a mid range counter puncher he's almost like a bigger, heavier handed version of Usyk with half the gas tank and just technically not as good. Fury is a long range guy these days who's feet are not that good.

Anyone slow footed and low output I'd pick Usyk over but most of the greats at heavyweight aren't that, anyone who can cut the ring off and be aggressive with good stamina I think gives Usyk a lot of problems.

Moorer southpaw beat Holyfield why Usyk wouldn't

Usyk only losses to the likes of Frazier,Bowe, Liston, Tyson rest he beats

Of course you can’t break down why, just toss out snarky responses without backing it up. I like Usyk, but there are no great wins on his resume. Several goods ones, but nothing that convinces me is the GOAT @ HW.
