Of the six names I mentioned that Roy Jones did not fight, Barkley was 6th best IMO.

The Barkley vs. Roy Jones match could have happened at 168, of 175.

Don't be ridiculous. If Roy Jones wanted a fight with him, he would have it from 160-175. But he did not. For example in 1991 Barkley was rated #2 by ring magazine in 168, with Jones was Jones was rated #5 at 160.

Not good enough? Okay look at 1992 ratings, Barkley #2. Jones #4. As I said Barkley was the sixth best rated man I listed that Jones did not fight.
