I think Bowe gets ranked too high on most lists. Outside of his Holyfield fights he wasn't fighting any world-beaters. He was a dirty fighter who was often the bigger man. He was getting worked over by Golota before the low-blows.

Lewis deserves the top spot of the 90's, and Mercer has to be in the top 5.
