Langford if we are making this a fantasy fight where both men are at their respective best. Langford was at his best prior to 1915. Greb was at his best from about 1919 - 1925.
Langford was the more polished boxer/puncher, great ring IQ, and fought much larger opponents. He could take Greb's best punches and keep him on the back foot with counter-punching, footwork and his ability to lay traps. Not an easy fight for Sam, but I think he wins a close decision. -

- - Greb wins aggressive early rounds, before getting caught out eventually, a resounding KO Sam is famous for at this weight, say 160-175 lbs.Comment
