Langford if we are making this a fantasy fight where both men are at their respective best. Langford was at his best prior to 1915. Greb was at his best from about 1919 - 1925.

Langford was the more polished boxer/puncher, great ring IQ, and fought much larger opponents. He could take Greb's best punches and keep him on the back foot with counter-punching, footwork and his ability to lay traps. Not an easy fight for Sam, but I think he wins a close decision.

At least Sam would not be able to work without distraction. The disparity in punching power is wide. I always figured Langford was a notch better all around. This might be the #1 mythical matchup to see of them all.

Here's hoping Morretti is not one of the judges.

Do you think he has a bias for a style or just plain corrupt?

I was always curious if it's his viewpoint, on where he's positioned

              - - Greb wins aggressive early rounds, before getting caught out eventually, a resounding KO Sam is famous for at this weight, say 160-175 lbs.

Tough one this. Greb is better but Langford is bigger. Then again greb fought everyone. I think Langford wins at 175 but greb at 160. V close though and wouldn’t rule out greb pts.
