Pulled off by Security where? Quite sure you just made that up. Chavez himself had no issue with Shields stopping the fight after.

Erm, no HBO crew had Mayweather ahead. So that's a lie.

He was also ahead wide on all 3 official cards.

      • Chavez's trainer, Ronnie Shields, stopped the fight after the ninth round. Shields told his fighter: "You're getting hit too much now."
      • HBO's unofficial judge Harold Lederman had Mayweather ahead 86-85 at the time of the stoppage.

        - - Rigged in house fight. Tyny Jesus was never seen as a threat until he started beating up l'l floydy making him run for the hills. Told you HBO had him up for most of the fight if not the end. Jesus was an humble Mexican previously deported and just happy to be able to fight for a living now in the US. He's not the crybaby squallin' fer his daddy that l'l floydy is.

Yes, Lord jumps into the ring in Shields face had to be pulled away.

That was my first ever impression of touted l'l floydy, and he looked like shyte. Manny was on the undercard as an unknown exotic didn't have enough sense to fight a billy goat at distance was my first impression that was another scoring farce that ended in a technical 6rd draw. The guy shoulda been DQed inside 3 rounds.

Do I have recite the uncountable thousands of obvious scoring errors boxing is notorious for, the whole reason boxing fans fled to UFC or to other ball sports where there are understandably enforced rules or more transparent scoring?

The few fans left for boxing are screaming weekly about the latest outrages, the dregs of society to ****** to understand their condition.

It's sorta like what grade you in?

So again, you've just made that up. Richard Lord wasn't in Ronnie Shields face and he wasn't removed by security. That's a lie.

By "HBO team" you mean Harold Lederman. By the way, the rest of the "HBO team" totally disagreed with his card. And even his card had Floyd ahead at the stoppage.

He was widely ahead on the cards and rightfully so.

The fact you're arguing it was a "bogus stoppage" is flat out retarded which is a common theme with you.

Chavez was losing the fight, he was pulled out by his corner and he had no complaints about it. These are the facts of the matter.

            Judges had Mayweather ahead easy.

The stoppage smells like three old day fish! --Money's face was more beat-up than Chavez's.

Chavez took many blows but was by no means a beaten fighter.

It seems Ronnie Shields has too much Richard Steele in him. (Take that to mean what you like.)

            The stoppage was wrong.

              So what is your theory?

That Ronnie Shields threw in the towel for what reason?

You can't be serious with some of these views? I'm far from a fan of either, but you are way off the mark on both.

I have no theory -- it did seem as soon as the round was over he was trying to talk the kid out of continuing. Seemed an odd thing to do to a fighter when he first sits down.

Some fighters look beaten, this kid didn't.

He didn't even take time to assess how the kid looked before he started in with the "I think you should quit' rhetoric.

I suspose we could conclude that he didn't like how many punches the kid was taking during the round, that's understandable but shouldn't he take a close look first?

It looks like he made up his mind before the round ended. Which was odd considering that there was enough give and take from both fighters to bring the crowd to their feet in applause. That doesn't happen when a round is all one sided.

So I can't figure what his decision is based on.
