I happen to be a fan of different fighters like everyone else. But when discussing them objectively I can learn to participate on the same level. You get these 'sacred cows' Jones used to be one of the worse... The cult of Roy was such that no one could question his greatness lol. PS: I'm not a big Roy Jones fan, but I do acknowledge he has amazing skills and speed, because he did. No need to mention of his 5 times the limited testesrone test. Opps does that make me out of his cows group? He was near unbateble at middle weight and I rate him very highly there. Whew, am I back in with the cows now?

What I said was: looking at a fighter objectively should be something one can do regardless of fandom. I used how Certain Jones fans used to act in his heyday as an example. I am very sympathetic to Jones... I feel like his father really hurt him, that horrid decision in the Olympics... Great fighter, maybe the best at 168 for whatever that is worth.
