  • Goerge Foreman K0 percentage?

I think his knockout percentage was close to 84%, any other boxers from his era that eclipsed this #?

first post, really enjoy the classical era of boxing.

Talking strictly percentages.......Lamar Clark was 43-3 (42). Don't look at his comp though. Besides Ali and Radamacher, both of which he lost, he fought nobodies and no hopers.

The truth is, Foreman was the Gold standard. The fact that he won a gold medal at the age of 18 shows you the raw talent.

I don't measure Foreman to other boxers. I measure other boxers to Foreman. Easily the strongest fighter in his day.

          - - Lamar was at his end when he fought young Clay, NOT Foreman era that didn't start until 1969.

The most heavy handed. But who would you say had the most snap to their punches? Tyson? Julian Jackson?

So many great fighters to choose from. Alexis Arguello immediately jumped to mind, but I'm sure there are better choices if I ponder it.
