Female referees.
Men vs women with women being 2 divisions heavier so Katie Taylor could fight Wanheng.
No title fights for fighters with less than 10 KOs on their record.
. . . a person who has defeated or surpassed all rivals in a competition, especially in sports.
You can only have one champion, anything else would just be title holders. Them kind of guys you can have all you want.
Besides what happens when they, the two 'champions' square off? Do you then have the loser's titled refilled with a lesser fighter or does the loser maintain the title 'champion.'
We got to get back to one world champion and then maybe a few regional champions.

It's to many divisions and to many fighters in boxing to have 1 champion. There would be fighters who never get a title shot if there's only 1 champ

True. A problem that has plagued the game from its get go. We could make quite a list of deserving contrnders who never got a shot. But it is still a better system than allowing scantioning bodies to disort records, take bribes for rankings, influence judges, and fleece fighters.
Same day weigh-ins that include rehydration clauses.
One belt and one champion for each weight class.
Champions must defend their titles at least 3x per year against the next in line, no cherry picking opponents.
Yea but who gets to decide who's next in line?
IMO got to make it happen without opening the door to scantioning bodies.
Also I think three times a year would ware out champions too quickly and make marketing a fight a touch fo difficult. Twice a year would seem better to me.
What is the average length of a training camp for a championship defense? IDK I am asking.
If it is three months, one mental and two physical, three defenses a year leaves a champion little time to have a private life.
But as I said IDK the usual length a fighter trains for a big fight.
#1. We need to find a replacement to the current system of various competing promoters and networks; they’re typically the biggest roadblocks to making the fights we want to happen. So, let’s discard the promoters, get rid of the exclusive streaming services like DAZN and stream 90% of fights for free on YouTube or Twitch where the chances of broadening into a younger audience is at its highest. Only the absolute biggest fights and garunteed moneymakers can be PPV.
#2. People are right when they say there’s too many belts. So first, at least one of the sanctioning bodies is going to have to crumble to the ground. The most ideal outcome would be all of them merging into one org. But if I had to be a little more realistic about this, then I’d single out the WBA to get the axe. The sole reason is for starting this whole BS of having a regular and super champion; it is arguably more guilty of creating more worthless titles than any other organization. Hopefully, seeing WBA crumble will send a message to the other orgs to do away with their own fake titles. From now on, you’re either that org’s champ or you’re not; no interim, regular, super, youth, or continental championships.
#3. Only championship title matches are allowed to be 12 rounds long; all other fights can only be a maximum of 10 rounds. I want to see at least one of the sanctioning orgs experiment with a system like this. I personally feel that 10 rounds is typically the right amount to ensure an interesting bout. The longer you allow a match to go, the more the fighters are going to drag it out and slow down the action for the sake of saving their energy for later on when they’ve long lost the audience’s attention. With just 10 rounds, there’s more urgency and therefore more incentive to get on the offensive. And if a ten round match ends up being boring anyway, well at least you didn’t have to sit through it for 12 or god forbid 15. Could you imagine having to sit through Rigondeaux’s fights with Donaire and Casimero for 15 rounds? No thx
