First let's start with the date, one month before the Tunney fight and two months after he pulled out of the Chiacgo deal.

1. You believe Dempsey made those two decisions on his own?

Ok, tell me why Bob Arum and Kevin Iole would lie and pretend that there was a contract if there wasn't one? That's what I mean by intentionally playing ******. I don't mean that as an insult so let's not go back to the pettiness. What I mean is that if Bob Arum says there is a contract and when interviewed he produced the contract and said, "How do we have this here if we had no deal," or something to that effect. And Kevin Iole claims that he saw the contract with his own eyes. Why would they lie about this. It's clear why Schaffer would lie, but Kevin Iole has absolutely no reason to lie.

So you believe Arum and Roach only when they say the one thing you agree with, and the rest of the time they are liars or don’t know what they are talking about. I don’t care what Iole claims, and Schaefer had no incentive to lie. If the contract existed Floyd would have posted it all over the internet. He wasn’t agreeing to 50/50 at any time.
