I've seen Foreman-Lyle and loved every second of it. Yeah, man. Ortega-Paret is awesome! Such a fun fight. I love how they throw all those hooks and trade.

TRIVIA: Walkout Bouts

You hear the ring announcer say 'this is the main event' and then add 'another bout to follow.' -- I don't know if it is still law but starting with the large crowds in the 1920s and at least up until the 60s most State commissions demanded that there be a 'walkout bout' so the crowd wouldn't try to leave the arena all at once.

The ring announcers would always add it to the end of the main event introduction.

I wish all these old fights were remastered somehow in HD.

They certainly can do it - but no market means it would have to come from the rich or the government - as of late G is so unpopular it an't been able to fix roads or bridges so don't expect it to come from the NEA - it would be nice if one of these current mega millionaire fighters would step up with some cash - have them remastered and made avaiable via the HOF or Library of Congress.

But at least with the Internet they are being brought all to one location (online) and hopefully the next step will happen.
