I wouldn't say JMM has a great chin, but he's got a lot of heart.

yeah, and the way he responds to being hurt, by trading even more, would be no good for him against hands of stone

Duran, too big and too physical TKO

Duran's chin is hardly iron either.

You don't think Marquez might change that tactic if he fought someone like Duran? I mean, Marquez has never been KOed/TKOed - but then again he's never fought someone with power like Duran.

he can change his tactic and adjust midfight very well, but when you're stunned or hurt, its all instinct then and he can't change that at this point in his career...

i just think Duran overwhelms him late....

JMM is my fave, but i dont see him pullin it off.... would be a great fight to attend!!

I'd like to think the outcome of this fight wasn't set in stone.

                See what I did there?

Even if it did go the distance, Duran would probably still win on points. I could see Marquez visiting the canvas a couple of times in the mid-rounds...

Prime Duran was a bull. Too strong for JMM.

Roberto Duran held the WBA lightweight championship belt for five years and seven months in which he then unified the title with the WBC lightweight championship when he stopped long time great rival Esteban De Jesus.

Guess how many title defenses Mr Duran made during those long five and a half years?

Guess how many of those title defenses were against ranked contenders?
