Danny Lopez and Diego Corrales

Who was the better fighter out of these two and who was more exciting?

Lopez was the better boxer, Corralles is tougher (yes) and has more heart.

p4p I think Lopez has more pop than Corrales. If they fought I think Corralles would wear him out and knock Lopez out late, even after tasting some canvas. Coralles is to big, and Lopez doesn't have enough movement in his game to avoid Coralles' shots.

I think the guy in my Av would beat Corralles, if he moved up in weight.

Difficult one. Very difficult. I would probably have to go with Lopez. I think they were both very. Both would go in for hard wars fight after fight, so I think it's hard to say either guy there.

As for who is better, Lopez beat the better competition quite easily. Corrales' two biggest were Castillo and Casamayor. He lost two of three to Casamayor and was knocked out brutally in four against Castillo in the rematch. His other big win was Freitas who had sort of gone funny anyway.

He obviously had some other big wins like Garcia, St Clair, Gainer etc.

Lopez had some amazing wins though like Ruben Olivares, Chucho Castillo, Octavio Gomez, Sean O'Grady, Mike Ayala, Roberto Castanon, David Kotey, Art Hafey apart from losing to great fighters like Sal Sanchez and Bobby Chacon.

I think Lopez was the better fighter, beat the better opposition and was the more exciting fighter, the guy's dullest fight was exciting.

I'd say Lopez is the better fighter....beat the better comp, and i think he may have been just a little more exciting, although thats a close one
