Ali's close/controverisal decisions thread

I have always wondered why people say Ali dominated Liston i had it very close before Liston hurt his shoulder, and the 2nd fight Liston was a **** up due to Wallcott who i never thought was a good ref. I agree as well that Norton probably should have been given the 3rd Ali fight.

As for the second fight with Liston:

I can`t know what had happened before that fight outside of the ring...
That`s why i cannot judge... BUT!
When any person is talking about such thing as "taking a dive", this fight was, in my opinion, the most evident display of that notion...
Of course, it is simply my guess...
