Plus he was 5'10" and between 220 and 245 at his best, strong as a bull, with a killer left hook. Prime vs Prime.
At the time the match first proposed, Tua at his apex while Mike on meds painting by the numbers as a celebrity boxer.
Have to favor Tua in that scenario, but had he been better managed, he'd have more title shots than just the Lewis one.

It would be a shootout, and I think Tyson would win a competitive but clear UD, but I don't think he'd stop Tua by any means. Tua took flush bombs from big punchers like Ibeabuchi, Lennox, Maskaev, Rachman etc. and was never in danger of being stopped. In fact, only time I've seen him in trouble was when Rachman hit him after the bell.
If the likes of Mitch Green, Tucker, Tillis, Ruddock etc. can go the distance with him, I don't see why Tua can't. Tua had a cast iron chin.

tua wont be stopped on headshots but even iron jaws could be stopped by body shots, look at chuvalo got both stoppages were waived off by ref after taking brutal body shots
with mike being tuas height, he will be low enough to rip hooks to the body which most average height heavyweights arent landing on tua.
not a guarantee but its possible

Tua was a one handed fighter with no reach, no footwork, who was, as said, incrediblely durable.
Tyson had power in both hands, could move, and was relentless.
Sure maybe there is some apogee when aligned that is the absolute best for Tua and where Mike is at his worse... Maybe Tua has a chance under such a scenerio, but is that what we are talking about? Under any realistic scenerio Tyson destroys Tua, maybe not knocking him out, but destroys him never the less... Like he did with Golota.

Tyson of 2002 beats Tua of '96. Doesn't matter the timeline. Tyson was always the better fighter. And no, I didn't bother reading the original post...it doesn't matter. You're a moron no matter what. Just saying....
