    Much obliged.

'Course, my list could change by next week; but I think these 10 could hold their own with any.

Feel free to get back I know many will disagree especially why I have Lewis 3rd and Tyson 10, so if you want to know just ask and I will explain my reasons
my opinion on the first list
Larry Holmes too high, George foreman and Tyson too low, (though with Tyson I admit I understand the low placement and wouldn't argue against it too strongly - I just think that in his prime he would have beaten a lot of the guys higher up

      Third list
nice - but I think Byrd is being dealt with a little harshly

      fourth list
      nice

      favourites is your choice

My list has been revised, check it on page 19. It also states what criteria I used when compiling the list.

I agree. The more I read about Langford (great book by the way) the further he moves up my heavyweight list. On the flip side I think Im going to re-evaluate my position on Johnson. He RAN from a rematch with Langford and ducked many top fighters of his era. He's still a great but I don't think he warrants as high a position as I had him. I'll get back with a new list soon.

I don't have a list, but I know that it's either Ali or Louis in the top 2, when you're talking about achievements. I just can't decide who's number one.

On one hand, Louis has the record number of title defenses and he beat more hall of famers and world champions than Ali did. On the other, you could say that Ali's competition was better and that winning the title three times was more impressive.

                      Hard to choose.
