French EuroProm, headed by veteran promoter Gerard Teysseron, won the purse bids on Wednesday in Rome (Italy) for Enock Poulsen's often postponed defense of the EBU super lightweight title against mandatory challenger Franck Petitjean (23-6-3) with a bid for 35,500 euro to be split 60-40 in the favor of the champion.

EuroProm has informed the EBU that the fight will go ahead June 10 in Paris.

The rematch between Poulsen (12-0) and Petitjean goes way back to last year when another French promoter, Y12, won the purse bids and then postponed the fight for various reasons on several occasions. This time Y12 was not allowed to bid.
